Return policy
At BRASTOPDEPT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we offer a return and exchange policy in accordance with the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Final sale items, such as clearance or deeply discounted products, cannot be returned.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Provide Order Details: Please include your order number, a description of the items being returned, and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with return instructions, including the return shipping address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving the Return Authorization.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return does not meet the eligibility requirements, you may not receive a refund and the item may be returned to you at your cost.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. We recommend contacting customer service first to ensure the item you want is available in the correct size and color.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
Please include photos of the damaged or defective items when reaching out to us.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Personalized or customized items
7. International Returns
At this time, we only accept returns for domestic orders within the United States. We are not able to process returns for international orders. Please check with our customer service team for assistance if you have any special requests.
